He Didn't Eat Sweets
This is a digital painting I did based on the generic themes in children's stories of the main character meeting a creature that is not from their world. I wanted the work to reflect the innocence of this meeting and the basic gesture offered by the girl in way of friendship. But the underlying theme and as in many children's tales there is a darker element. That is to say that if the creature does not eat sweets...what does he eat?
