Pat has been painting and drawing from early childhood.
Pat is self-taught, now painting professionally in oils or acrylics on canvas or canvas boards. He mostly uses his own photographs and his experience together with personal memories to create his impressions of a landscape. He also enjoys working en plein air.
His favourite subjects are the coast and country of Devon and Cornwall as well as the mountains of Austria but he has also captured famous buildings and landscapes around Europe.
Pat is a member of the Devon Art Society. He has attended solo and group exhibitions in England and Germany.
